Unsure What Her EPF Actually Contained
Suhaila, 48, had received her annual KWSP statement for years but had never properly understood what the figures meant or what she could and could not access before retirement age.
What She Did
Attended the Retirement Plan Track
Over four sessions she learned how EPF Accounts 1 and 2 work, what her current balance would realistically produce at 55, and how PRS could supplement her savings if she chose to contribute.

Clearer Picture, Calmer Approach
She now reads her KWSP statement properly each year and has started a small monthly contribution to PRS. "I am not worried in the way I was before. I understand my own situation now."

The estate basics session in Week 3 gave him a plain explanation of what wasiat covers, how hibah differs, and what practical steps are involved in both. It removed the mystery he had been avoiding.
